Setting up MFA in Informed Delivery
Enable multi-factor authentication for your USPS Informed Delivery account to complete the Domi connection.
Log in to USPS, go to Profile, and then Preferences.
Scroll down and click on Account Recovery.
Click "Verify" under "No Mobile Device."
Enter your mobile number and click "Generate Code."
Enter the code sent to your mobile number, then click "Validate Code."
Scroll down and turn on MFA.
Click on "Validate Your E-mail."
You will receive a forwarded email from Domi (originally from USPS) containing the verification code. (This requires your Domi email to be set up in Informed Delivery.)
Click "Click here to complete your e-mail validation."
You're all set — MFA has now been successfully enabled for USPS Informed Delivery.
