We had trouble connecting you with USPS Informed Delivery

Follow these steps to connect your USPS Informed Delivery account with Domi.

  1. Copy the Domi email provided on the Informed Delivery failure screen in Domi. If you don't see it, go to the Dashboard, click on Settings at the top, and then click on "Connect to USPS."

  2. Click on "Go to USPS," which will open the USPS website.

  3. Paste the copied email and click Continue.

  4. Choose "Personal Account" and click Continue.

  5. Enter your address on the next page and click "Search Address."

  6. Opt in to Informed Delivery and click Continue.

  7. Enter your personal information and create your username and password.

  8. Select and answer two security questions, then click "Create Account."

  9. Wait for USPS to confirm your identity.

If USPS fails to verify your identity online:

  1. Click on "Request Code."

  2. Check the box and click "Request Code."

After 5–7 days, you will receive a postcard with a verification code at your address. Then follow these steps:

  1. Log in to USPS again and go to Profile, then Preferences.

  2. Click on Informed Delivery.

  3. Scroll down and click "Click here if you have already received an invitation code?"

  4. Enter the code from your postcard.

  5. Click "Validate."

You're all set. Once you start receiving new Informed Delivery mail, you'll see it in your "Unsubscribe" section.
